About UsExperiencing the UUA Seven Principles as they are brought to life through readings or performances of Aesop, First UU? allows us to explore them for the first or hundredth time in a fun, innovative and non-didactic way.
Aesop, First UU?, a one act play and workbook is designed to be flexible. Churches and other groups can produce the play at their congregation, events or meetings. Also, individual stories can bring a specific principle to life in worship, RE classes, meetings and other gatherings. Aesop, First UU? Seven Stories . . . Seven Principles, written by Laura Conkle and Deb Lemire, was first conceived for & performed at Summer Institute of Ohio-Meadville District of the Unitarian Universalist Association at Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio in July, 2012.
